All Pupa Clic officers and clientele utilize the in-house developed PMS – CRM – Support portal which comprises of various role based task management, target achievements, lead follow ups, knowledge base, support reverts, invoicing, project expense, contracts and developer management.
Being mobile is always a priority when it comes down to enhancing efficiency and productivity at Pupa Clic and so we have now launched the Pupa Clic App which connects our clientele, officers, employees and followers right from their hand held. From monitoring the leads to getting notifications on support queries raised, the App is equipped to handle in all clientele and firm interactions on the go.
